Processing Time

All of our items are custom made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time (United States)

Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The number of items in your order
  • The shipping method selected

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.
International delivery times vary by country and may take 10–20 business days after processing.

Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

While delays are rare, they can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volume.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
